Abstract

Osmanlılara ait en eski tarihli defterlerin Bursa Mahkeme Sicilleri arşivinde bulunması ve 1062 defterin yine bu arşiv içinde yer alması Bursa’yı mahkeme sicilleri bakımından önemli hale getirmektedir. Bu nedenle, Bursa Mahkeme Sicilleri’nden değişik yönleriyle yararlanmayı sağlayan bu rehberde, yeni ve eski kayıt numaralarına, kronolojik sıraya ve Bursa ilçelerine göre listeler sunulmuştur.Bursa is regarded as very important in terms of court records because of the fact that the oldest Ottoman court records are located in Bursa archives, and with its 1062 records.Therefore, in this guide that makes possible to benefit in various aspects from Bursa court records is presented lists according to new and old register numbers, chronological order and townships of Bursa.
