Poliamid liflerinde meydana gelen kimyasal hasarın tespitinde kullanılan test yöntemlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Kimyasal etkilere karşı hassas olan poliamid liflerinde özellikle oksidatif ağartma, yüksek ısı ve uzun işlem süreleri sonucunda kimyasal hasar (degradasyon) meydana gelmektedir. Degradasyon durumunda mamulün kimyasal özellikleri yanında fiziksel özelliklerinde de kayıplar meydana gelmektedir. Bu nedenle hasarın tespiti mamulün daha sonra göreceği boyama ve bitim işlemleri için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada tekstil sektöründe yaygın olarak kullanılan poliamid 6 ve 6.6 için uygulanabilen hasar tespit yöntemleri detaylı şekilde incelenmiş ve uygulanabilirliği olan başlıca yöntemlerin Türkçe literatüre kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır.Polyamide fibers which are sensitive to chemical effects are degradated as a result of oxidative bleaching, high temperatures and durations of the long processing time. In case of degradation, loss of the physical properties of the textile products is occurred besides to the loss of the chemical properties. Therefore, detecting of the fiber damage is very important for the following dyeing and finishing processes. In this study, determination methods of fiber damage are searched for polyamide 6 and 6.6 fibers that are commonly used in textile industry and the contribution of the major applicable methods to the Turkish literature is aimed.
