Brid ileuslarında intestinal plikasyon operasyonları

Abstract

Kliniğimizde intestinal plikasyon operasyonu uygulanan dört brid ileusu olgusu sunulmuştur. İrdelenen kaynak verilerine ve olgularımıza dayanarak yineleyen brid ileuslarına karşı profilaktik amaçla bir plikasyon operasyonunun gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. Yöntem olarak da Childs Phillips tekniği benimsenmiştir.Four cases of intestinal obstruction, in which the procedure of intestinal plication was performed, have been presented. Depending on these cases and the concerning literature, the necessity of an intestinal plication technique against the recurrence of intestinal obstructions was emphasized and Childs- Phillips technique was accepted as a method of choice.
