| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada deride ödem, hiperpigmante eritrodermi.ve eksfolyatif dermatit, palmo-planter keratodermi, onnikoz, lenfadenopati ve hepatomegali ile seyreden bir Sezary Sendromu olgusu takdim edilmektedir. Çevre kanında elektron mikroskobu ile yapılan incelemelerle serebriform çekirdekli karakteristik Sezary hücrelerinin varlığı gösterildi. Ayırıcı tanı tartışıldı ve konu ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study it was reported a case of Sezary 's syndrome characterized by oedema, hyperpigmented erythroderma and exfoliative dermatitis of the skin, palmo-plantar keratoderma, orıycosis, Iymphadenopathy and hepatomegaly. In the periferal blood smear the presence of. characteristic Sezary 's cells with cerebri form nuclei was demonstrated by electron microscopy. Differential diagnosis was discussed and literature related to subject review. | |
