Koreler- Etyopatogenezi, kliniği ve tedavi özellikleri (23 Olgunun analizi)

Abstract

Kore'ler, ekstrapiramidal sendromlardan biridir. Maksatlı gibi görünen ekstremiteye yer değiştiren, düzensiz, ani sıçrayıcı hareketlerdir. Bu çalışmada, 1986-1991 yılları arasında kliniğimize müracaat eden 23 Kore olgusuna değinildi. On beş tanesi Sydenham Koresi, 1 tanesi Gebelik Koresi, 2 tanesi Senil Kore, 2 tanesi Postepileptik kore ve 3 tanesi de Huntington Koresi olan bu olgular, etiopatogeneza, klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları ile tedavi özellikleri bakımından literatür verileri ışığında değerlendirildi.

Chorea is one of the extrapyramidal syndromes. It is characterized by involuntary movements, the ceaseless occurence of a wide variety of rapid, highly complex, jerky movements. In this study, we evaluated 23 cases with chorea which were admitted to our clinic between 1986 and 1991 years. Fifteen of our cases are Sydenham Chorea, one case is Chorea Gravidarum, two cases are Senile Chorea and Postapoplectic Chorea and also three cases are Huntington Chorea. We have reviewed the etiopathogenesis, clinical manifestations and laboratory symptoms and treatment aspects of choreas in the light of literatüre findings.
