Diz osteoartritinin tedavisinde lokal anestezik enjeksiyonun etkisi

Abstract

39 diz osteoartriti (OA) hasta rastgele seçilerek iki gruba ayrıldı. I. gruba (n = 19) diz ekleminin en duyarlı yöresine lokal anestezik enjeksiyonu yapıldı. II. gruptaki (n = 20) hastalara diz enjeksiyonuna ek olarak quadriceps izometrik egzersiz uygulaması gösterildi. Ağrı, basmakla duyarlılık ve eklem hareket açıklığı tedavi parametreleri olarak seçildi. Tedaviden önce ve 15 gün tedaviden sonra hastalar değerlendirildiler. Her iki grup hasta da tedavi bitiminde tüm parametrelerde istatistiksel anlamlı olarak düzelmişlerdi. Tedavi sonuçlan birbiri ile kıyaslandığında istatistiksel anlamlı bir farklılık görülmedi.

39 patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) randomly were divided in to two groups. The patients in the groups I (n = 19) were performed local anesthetic injection. The patients in the group ll (n = 20) were performed isometric quadriceps exercises plus local anesthetic infections. Pain, tenderness and Range of motion of the knee were the clinical parameters of the study. The evaluations were made before and two weeks later. All of the patients in the two groups were improved statistically significantly. The treatment results were compared with each other and no statistically significantly differences were observed between the groups.
