Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde yürütülen rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetlerine ilişkin hizmetlerden faydalananların ve hizmet sunanların deneyimlerini incelemektir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomenoloji (olgubilim) deseni kullanılmaktadır. Araştırma, üç katılımcı grubundan oluşmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki hizmet sağlayıcılar olan özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerindeki rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışman veya psikologlardır. İkinci grubu ise hizmetlerden faydalanan özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezinden destek eğitim hizmetleri alan özel gereksinimli öğrencilerdir. Diğer katılımcı grubu ise çocuğu özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezine devam eden ebeveynler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, görüşmeler ve araştırmacı günlüğü yoluyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi tematik analiz yoluyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ebeveynlere yönelik rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetlerinin; çocuğun gelişimine yönelik aile rehberliği çalışmaları, ebeveyninin kişisel ihtiyaçlarına yönelik aile rehberliği çalışmaları ve ebeveyninin kişisel ihtiyaçlarına yönelik psikolojik danışma çalışmaları şeklinde sunulduğu belirlenmiştir. Özel gereksinimli öğrencilere sunulan rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetlerinin ise; kişisel sosyal rehberlik, eğitsel ve mesleki rehberlik hizmetleri olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetlerinde görevli uzmanların özel eğitim alanına ve rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma alanına ilişkin eğitim ihtiyacı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Paydaşlar arası rehberlik hizmetlerinin, uzman-ebeveyn, uzmanöğrenci ve profesyoneller arası iletişim ve iş birliği şeklinde gerçekleştirildiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Rehberlik servisinde hizmet sunan uzmanlara, rehabilitasyon merkezi yöneticilerine ve diğer kişi ile kurumlara yönelik beklentiler ve öneriler ortaya koyulmuştur.
The aim of this study is to examine the experiences of service providers and beneficiaries of guidance and psychological counseling services provided in special education and rehabilitation centers. In this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, is used. The research consists of three participant groups. The first one is the counselors/psychological counselors or psychologists in special education and rehabilitation centers, which are service providers. The second group is the students with special needs who receive support education services from the special education and rehabilitation centers. The other participant group consisted of parents whose children attend special education and rehabilitation centers. Research data were collected through interviews and researcher's diary. The analysis of the data obtained was carried out through thematic analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that guidance and psychological counseling services for parents were provided in the form of family guidance activities for the development of the child, family guidance activities for the personal needs of the parents and psychological counseling activities for the personal needs of the parents. Guidance and counseling services provided to students with special needs were found to be personal social guidance, educational and vocational guidance services. Experts working in guidance and psychological counseling services are in need of training in the field of special education and guidance and psychological counseling. It was revealed that guidance services between stakeholders are carried out in the form of communication and cooperation between experts and parents, experts and students, and among professionals. Expectations and suggestions for experts providing services in the guidance service, rehabilitation center managers and other individuals and institutions were put forward.
