“Hoşgörü”nün yokluğu: Türkiye’de LGBT bireylere yönelik nefret suçlarına felsefi bakış

Abstract

Bugün Türkiye’de LGBT bireyler cinsiyet kimlikleri ve cinsel yönelimleri nedeniyle nefret suçlarının hedefi haline gelmekte ve bunun bir sonucu olarak sayısız insan hakları ihlali yaşanmaktadır. Bu sorunun temelinde toplumumuzda Kuçuradi’nin anladığı anlamda bir “hoşgörü” kavramının yokluğu yatmaktadır. Dini ve kültürel yapıyla şekillenen ve insan yerine düşünceleri merkeze alan bir “hoşgörü” kavramının kişi ve toplumsal düzenlemelerde kullanımı kendisi gibi düşünmeyen ve davranmayan insanları dışarda bırakmakta böylece insan onurunu zedelemektedir. İşte bu duruma dur demek için çalışmada “hoşgörü” dediğimiz özelliğin kazandırılması ve değer farkının öğretilmesi adına yurttaşlarımıza etik eğitim verilmesi çözüm yolu olarak sunulacaktır.

Today in Turkey, LGBT individuals are becoming a target of hate crimes because of their gender identity and sexual orientation, and therefore numerous human rights violations have been taking place. The main reason behind this problem is the absence of “tolerance”, which is understood from the point of view of Kuçuradi, in our society. Arrangements of the person and society by using the notion of tolerance, which is shaped by religious and cultural structure and centralizes the thoughts instead of human beings, has excluded people who don’t think and act in this framework, and therefore it stains human honors. To say stop this problem in this study, it has been suggested that gaining the quality of tolerance and teaching of difference in value by means of giving ethics education to our citizen is the solution of this problem.
