Serbest perforasyon gösteren bir ileitis terminale vakası

Abstract

Terminal ileumda kronik granülomatöz bir hastalık olan terminal ileitis pek ender olmayan bir hastalıktır. Serbest perforasyon bu hastalığın en ender görülen komplikasyonudur. 1966 senesine kadar Amerika'da sadece 6 serbest perforasyon yayınlanmıştı . Aşağıda yayınladığımız vaka serbest perforasyon gösteren bir ileitis terminalistir.Terminal ileitis is a chronic granulomatous disease of terminal ileum, and it is not rare. The free perforation is a very uncommon complication of this disease. Since 1966 in USA had been reported only six case of free pertorotion about that disease. This report is about a· terminal ileitis which occurs in it free perforotıon.
