Yenidoğan topuk kanında roket elektroforezi yöntemi ile apolipoprotein B tayini

Abstract

Sağlıklı 48 saatlik 32 yenidoğanda süzgeç kağıdına alınan topuk kan ve serum örneklerinde Roket elektroforezi yöntemi ile Apolipoprotein B (Apo B) miktar belirtimi yapıldı. Aynca 32 olgudan rastgele seçilen 20 bebekte de serumda Radyal immün Diffüzyon (RID) yöntemi ile Apo B tayini yapılarak sonuçlar istatistiksel yöntemlerle kıyaslandı. Sonuçta 3 değişik yöntemle saptadığımız ortalama Apo B değerleri arasında fark olmadığı ve kaynak verileri sonucu saptadığımız aynı yaş grubundaki bebeklerin Apo B ortalama değerleri ile uyumlu oldukları görüldü.

With the method of Rocket electrophoresis, Apolipoprotein B (Apo B) measurement has been done with the samples of heel blood and serum which has been taken to filter paper in 32 healthy, 48 hours old newborn. In addition, in 20 babies who have been randomly chosen from the 32 cases, with the method of Radial Immun Diffusion (RID), in serum, Apo B has been measured. And then the results were compared with the statistical methods. In the result, we saw that there was no difference in the average Apo B values which we had found with 3 different methods. And the babies, average Apo B values were in hormony with the average Apo B values of the babies of the same age, as we observed from the results of source data.
