Sıçanlarda kolin'in serbest yağ asitlerine etkisi

Abstract

Serebral yan ventriküle zerk edilen kolin, serum serbest yağ asidi düzeyini belirli ve anlamlı derecede arttırmaktadır. Atropin bu etkiyi önlemek, rnekarnilamin ise değiştirmemektedir. Kolin 'in bu etkisi splanknik siniri iki taraflı kesilmiş sıçanlarda da önlenmektedir. Bu bulgular kolinin merkezi muskarinik reseptörleri uyararak ve splanknik sinirler üzerinden giden bir etki ile serum serbest yağ asidi düzeyini arttırdığını göstermektedir.Choline injected into the lateral cerebral ventricle significantly increases serum free fatty acids leuel. Mecamylamine does not change but atropin abolishes this effect. This effect is also not ·seen in rats in which the splanchnic nerves are bilaterally transected. These data suggest that choline induces an increase in serum free fatty acid s, by stimulating central muscarinic receptors and then this stimulatory message is carried through the splanchnic nerves.
