Benzalkonium klorür ve glutaraldehidin bakterisidal etkilerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Çalışmamızda, benzalkonium klorürl'e glutaraldehid'in S. typhimurium, S. aureus ve P. aeruginosa suşları üzerindeki etkisi araştırıldı. Her iki antiseptik solüsyonun bakterisidal etkisi. lnferior Letal Katsayı yöntemi ile saptandı. Literatür bulgularının aksine, ülkemizde, bakteriyel etkenler yönünden benzalkonium klorürün glutaraldehidden hala daha etkili olduğu sonucuna varıldı.In this study, we investigated the bactericidal effect of Benzalkonium chloride and Glutaraldehyde on S. typhimurium, S. aureus and P. aeruginosa strains. The bactericidal effect of each antiseptic solutions were proved by the method of lnferior Lethal Coefficient. On the contrary to the reports of literature, we found that still Benzalkonium chloride was more effective than Glutaraldehyde on the bacteria.
