Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi renal transplantasyon sonuçları

Abstract

Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi'nde 29.12.1988-18.7. 1993 tarihleri arasında 17'si canlı donör, 25'i kadaverik donör olmak üzere toplam 42 renal transplantasyon yapılmıştır. Olguların tamamı dikkate alındığında sıklık sırasına göre lenfosel % 42, akut renal yetmezlik % 40, akut rejeksiyon % 38, hipertansiyon % 21, toksik hepatil % 21, akciğer enfeksiyonu % 11, erken üriner sistem enfeksiyonu% 11, kronik rejeksiyon% 9, fungal enfeksiyon % 11, siklosporin A nefrotoksisitesi % 9, diabetes mellitus % 9, polistemia % 7, akut myokard infarktüsü % 5, kalp yetmezliği % 5, pulmoner ve ekstrapulmoner tüberküloz % 5, aseptikfemur başı nekrozu % 5, denova ve rekürren glomerulonefrit % 5, hiperakut rejeksiyon % 2 gibi komplikasyonlar gözlendi. Canlı donör transplantlılarda 1 ve 2 yıllık hasta survisi % 100, % 100 greft survisi % 94, % 92, kadaverik donör transplantlılarda ise 1 ve 2 yıllık hasta survisi % 89, % 73 greft survisi ise % 84, % 73 olarak saptanmıştır.

In the Faculty of Medicine, Uludağ University between 29.12.1988 and 18.7.1993 a total of 42 renal transplantation, 17 of which were living related donor graft and 25 of which were cadaveric donors were performed. When the total of the cases was considered, the following complications were observed with respect to frequency; lenfocel 42 %, acute renal failure 40 %, acute rejection 38 %, hypertension 21 %, toxic hepatitis 21 %, pulmoner infection 11 %, early urinary infection 11 %, chronic rejection 9 %, fungal infections 11%, CyA nephrotoxicity 9 %, diabetes mellitus 9 %, polycythemia 7 %, acute myocardial infarction 5 %, cardiac failure 5 %, pulmonary and extra pulmonary TB 5 %, aseptic necrosis 5 %, denovo and recurrent glomerulonephritis 5 %, hyperacute rejection 2 %, one and two year patient survival in those with living related donor graft was 100 %, 100 %, and graft survival was 94 %, 92 % while one and two year patient survival in those with cadaveric donor transplanlation was 89 %, 73 % and graft survival was 84 %, 73 %, respectively.
