Özet
26 aydan beri tam remisyonda olan akut lenfoblastik lösemili hastada abdominopelvik kamputerize tomografide overden menşe alan tüm pelvisi dolduran kitle belirlendi. Diagnostik laparotomi sol over ve uterusun değişik ebatlarda kitlelerle infiltre oldugu gözlendi. Histopatolojik incelemelerle bu kitlelerin akut lenfobiastik löseminin ekstramedüller nüksü oldugu gözlendi.
A was resulting from ovary and extending all over pelvis was observed through computerized tomography in a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who has been , in complete remission for twenty-six months. On diagnostic laparotomy, left ovary and uterus were observed to be infiltrated with masses of various sizes. During histopathological studies of these masses, extramedullary relapse of acute lymphoblastic leukemia was observed.
