| dc.description.abstract | 10 Ötiroidili ve 10 Hipertiroidili vak'ada tiroid hormonlarının günlük değişimi araştırıldı. Bu vak'alarda T3 yüzde retansiyonu, serum total T4 ve STİ seviyeleri saat 05.00, 1.00, 17.00 ve 23.00 te alınan kan örneklerinde ölçüldü. Bulgular "Student t" testi uygulanarak kıyaslandı. Ötiroidililerde saat 05.00, 11.00 ve 17.00'de saptanan tiroid hormonları seviyelerinin gece saat 23.00'te anlamlı derecelerde düştüğü görüldü. Hipertiroidililerde ise gün boyu tiroid hormon seviyelerinde anlamlı bir değişim saptanmadı. | |
