Özet
Bu çalışma Türkiye Cumhuriyeti‘nin mesleki ve teknik öğretim kapsamında değerlendirilen ve okullara mesleki ve teknik kadın öğretmen yetiştirmede önemli bir model olmuş, Ankara‘da açılmış olan Ankara Ertik / Meslek / Teknik (Yüksek) Öğretmen Okulu‘nun genel yapısı, teşkilatı, idari, eğitim – öğretim yapısının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlamıştır. Meslek öğretmeni yetiştirmek amacıyla 1934-1935 öğretim senesinde Ankara‘da açılan okul, 4 defa isim değiştirmiş, genellikle meslek bilgisi ağırlıklı dersler verilmiştir. Bu meslek bilgisi derslerinin yanında genel bilgi dersleri ve öğretmenlik meslek dersleri okutulmuştur. Öğretmenlik meslek dersleriyle öğretmen adaylarının ihtiyacı olan bilgi ve beceriler kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Okul, 1982 senesinde 41 sayılı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Teşkilatı Hakkında Kanun Hükmünde Kararnameyle Mesleki Eğitim Fakültesi adıyla Gazi Üniversitesi‘ne bağlanmıştır. Çalışma tarihsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmış, araştırılan konuya ait kaynaklar kullanılarak kaleme alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada veri analizi betimsel yaklaşım kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma konusuyla ilgili olarak öncelikle literatür taraması yapılmış ve devamında dönemsel kaynaklara ulaşılmaya çalışılmış, ulaşılan kaynaklar doküman analizi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Betimsel yaklaşımın gayesi uyarınca çalışmanın temelini meydana getiren bu dokümanlardan derlenen verilere mümkün mertebe sadık kalınmış, elde edilen veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur.
This study aimed to reveal organization, administrative aspects of educational and general structure of Ankara Art / Vocational / Technical (Higher) Teacher School for Girls which was opened in Ankara, and evaluated within the scope of vocational and technical education in the Republic of Turkey to became an important model in training vocational and technical female teachers for schools. The school, which was opened in Ankara in the 1934-1935 academic years with the aim of training vocational teachers, changed its name 4 times, and its courses mostly focused on vocational knowledge were given. In addition to these vocational knowledge courses, general knowledge courses and teaching vocational knowledge courses which were taught. Through teaching vocational knowledge courses, efforts have been made to provide teacher candidates with the knowledge and skills they need. The school was affiliated with Gazi University under the name of Vocational Education Faculty with the Decree Law No. 41 on the Organization of Higher Education Institutions in 1982. The study was conducted using the historical research method and was written using sources related to the subject under investigation. In this research, data analysis was carried out using descriptive approach. Regarding the research topic, first of all, a literature review was conducted and then periodical sources were tried to be accessed, and the obtained sources were examined using document analysis. The data compiled from these documents, were subjected to content analysis.
