Anöstrus ve üreme mevsimindeki koyunlarda kızgınlıkların uyarılması, toplulaştırılması ve dölverimi üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

Materyal olarak 50 Meriııos koyummun kullamldıgı bu araştınnada, üreme mevsimi ile anöstrns dönemindeki koyunlarda kızgm/ıkiann uyanl ması ve sinkronizasyonu denendi. 12 giln süre ile uygulanan, 30 mg. Florogestone acetate (FGA) içeren vagilıaf. sünger/er, geri almdıgtnda, koyun/ann hepsine 600 /U PMSG enjekte edildi. Her iki uygulama döneminde östrns oram % 100 olarak bulundu. Elde sıfat yöntemiyle tabii tohumlama ılan koyunlarda dogıtm oranı, anöstrus döneminde % 80, üreme mevsiminde ise % 76 oldu.In this stuqy, tlıe induction and synclıronization of oestrous of 50 Merino ewes in breeding season and anestrous period were investigated. Containing 30 mg. florogestone acetate (FGA) vaginal sponges applied for 12 days and on the willıdrawal day 600 lU PMSG was injected all of the ewes. Estrous rates were found 100 % for botlı periods. For ewes subjected to natural service tlıe parturition rates were found 80 % in tlıe anestrous period and 76 % in tlıe breeding season.
