Halotan anestezisinde okuler interlimbik uzaklığın ölçülmesi

Abstract

Halotanla indüksiyon sırasında 16 çocukta interoküler limbik uzaklık araştırıldı. Kontrol ölçümden sonra interoküler limbik uzaklık % 2, % 1.5,% 1 ve % 0.8 halotan yoğunluğunda ölçüldü. Ölçüm için 0.02 mm.'lik verniye pergeli kullanıldı . Sonuçlarımıza göre göz yuvarlağının hareketleri dıştan içe doğru düzgün doğrusal bir hareket niteliğindedir. Halotan indüksiyonunun başlangıcında tonik kasların gevşemesi diverjansa neden olmakta indüksiyon ilerledikçe twitch liflerinin gevşemesiyle bu hareket konverjans harekete dönüşmektedir.During Halothane induction ocular interlimbic distance was measured in 16 childrens. After the control measurements, induction of anesthesia was maintained by halothane concentration of 2, 1 ,5, 1 and 0.8 % for five minutes period, for each concentration. At the end of the periods the oculer interlimbic distance were measured by Vernier caliper (0.02 mm.). According to our results eyeball movements were from outword to inward and showed linear pattern. At the begining of halothane induction ocular divergence occured with relaxation of tonic muscles and afterwards convergence of eyes were seen due to relaxation of the twitching muscles.
