Abstract

Hasta/hasta yakınlarına kötü haber verilmesi tıbbi uygulamaların önemli bir parçasıdır. Bununla birlikte klasik tıp eğitiminde her zaman yer almayabilmektedir. Kötü haber verilmesinin standart bir biçimi olmamakla birlikte, haberin içeriği ve konunun gelişme biçimine bağlı olarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Bu önerilerin hekimlerin zaman içerisinde gözlem ve deneyimleriyle birlikte kötü haber vermeyi daha kolaylaştıracağı düşünülmektedir.Giving bad news to patient / patient relatives is an important part of medical practice. However, this subject is not always given in standard medical education. While not being a standard form of giving bad news, various suggestions have been made depending on the content of the news and the way in which it develops. It is thought that these proposals will make it easier for physicians to give bad news with their observations and experiences over time.
