Gıda alerjisi reaksiyonları

Abstract

Günümüzde alerjik reaksiyonların gelişim süreçleri ve bu reaksiyonlardan korunma yöntemleri oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Gıda alerjisi, bu reaksiyonlar arasında büyük öneme sahip olup, insanlarda görülme sıklığı sebebiyle üzerinde durulması gereken bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu derlemede gıda alerjisinin ortaya çıkma nedenlerinden bahsedilerek, gösterdiği reaksiyonlar, çeşitleri ve oluşum mekanizması hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

Nowadays, the process of the development of allergic reactions and prevention methods of these reactions is very important. Food allergy is extremely important among these reactions and due to the incidence in humans; it has been an issue which is needed to be focused on. In this review; while giving information about the reactions, emergence, types and the formation mechanism of the food allergy was mentioned.
