Basedow - Graves hastalığı (BGH) ile otoimmün trombositopenik purpura (ITP) birlikteliği nadir ancak tesadüfi birliktelikten daha sıktır. Bu makalede BGH ve ITP bir arada görülen bir olguda glukokortikoid - prednizolon - tedavisi ile tirotoksikoz tablosundaki hızlı düzelmeyi sunduk.
The association of Groves disease (GD) and autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpure (AITP) is a rare and yet frequent than would be expected from a mere coincidence. We report here the case of a patient suffering from (il) and AITP and rapid alleviation of thyrotoxicosis with administration of a glucocorticoid - prednisolone.
