Atlarda postanestetik myopati

Abstract

Atlarda postanestetik ve postoperatif devrelerin komplikasyonları uyanma devresinde ve sonrasında, erken veya geç dönemde ortaya çıkarlar. Bunlar dikkatle gözlenmesi, ortaya çıkışlarının önlenmesine yönelik ölçemler alınması ve oluştuklarında süratle ve doğru olarak reanimasyonlarının yapılmasını gerektiren bozukluklardır. Postanestetik myopati (Rhabdomyolisis) bunların en önemlilerinden birisi olup, bu çalışmada son literatürlerin ışığında bu komplikasyonun tanımlanması, etiyopatogenesisi, profilaksi ve sağaltım konularında değerlendirme yapılmıştır.Complications of the postanaesthetic and postoperative periods may be occur early or delayed in horses. These disorders must be observed very carefully and take preventive measurements very quickly. If these complications exist, they must be treated with true reanimation measurements. Postanaesthetic myopathy (Rhabdomyolisis) is a very important complication of the postanaesthetic period in horses. In this report the postanaesthetic myopathy, its ethyopathogenesis and preventive measurements were described and the treatment possibility of this complication were discussed.
