Kızgınlıkları degişik yöntemler ile sinkronize edilerek tohumlanan merinos koyunlarında dölverimi uzerinde araştlrmalar

Abstract

Bu araştınnada, nıateryal olarak kullamlan 75 koyun 3 gruba ayrıldı. I., 2. ve 3. grupta sırasıyla tek doz PGF2 a, ll gün ara ile çift doz PGFı a ve vaginal sünger + 500 lU PMSG uygulandı. Oç grupta östnıs oranı % 76, 64 ve 92 bulundu. Kızgınlık gösterenler elde sıfat yöntemiyle tohumlandı. Üç grupta sinkronize ve bunu izleyen doğal östrusta yapılan tolıunılamalardan sırasıyla % 69.2 ve 75.0; 84.6 ve 90.0; 84.6 ve 75.0 gebelik oranı elde edildi. 2. ve 3. grnplar arasındaki sinkronizasyon oram farkı istatistiksel olarak önemli (P < 0.05), diğer grnplar ve parametreler arasmdaki farklar ise önemsiz bulundu.

In this study, 75 Merino ewes, used as nıaterials, divided into three groups, for fırst, second and tlıird groups, a sbıgle injection of PGFı a, double injection PGFı a at eleven days interval and vaginal sponges plus 500 /U PMSG were applied respectively. For all groups tlıe rates of oestrous were found 76, 64 and 92 % respectively. Ewes slıowed oestrous were inseminated by lıandservice. In three groups, conception rates for ewes synchronized and showed oestrous spontnously were fowuj 69.2 and 75.0 %; 84.6 and 90.9 %; 84.6 and 75.0 % respectively. Difference of synchronization rates between 2. and 3. groups was fowıd statistically signiflcant (P < 0.05). Differences between otlıer groups and parometers were not sigııifıcant statistically.
