| dc.description.abstract | Adet görmeme şikayetiyle başvuran, tetkiklerde mozaik saf gonadal disgenezi saptanan (47 XXY/46 XX) olguya profilaktik laparoscopik gonadektomi uygulandı. Operasyonu iyi tolere eden olgu, ertesi gün evine gönderildi. Çok kısa süre sonra normal yaşantısına döndü. Bu nedenle, neoplazi gelişiminin önlenmesi için profilaktik gonadektomi gereken olgularda, laparoskopik yöntemin teknik olarak kolay ve uygulanabilir bir yöntem olduğu inancındayız. | |
| dc.description.abstract | A patient with amenorrhea, after being proved to have mosaic pure gonadal dysgenesis (47 XXY/46 XX) had prophylactic laparoscopic gonadectomy. The patient tolerated the procedure well, and was back at home the next day, beginning her normal daily activity, soon after. For this reason, we propose that the laparoscopic method is technically easy to perform for those cases requiring prophylactic gonadectomy to prevent neoplasia. | |
