Ramlıç koyunlarında bazı hematolojik bulgular üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the glutathione (GSH) levels, hemoglobin (Hb) types, hemoglobin content and hematocrit values of Ramlıç sheep (Rambouillet x Dağlıç croues). In this study 75 animals were used as a research materiel. Using spectrophotometric technique, the whole blood samples were analysed for the levels of glutathione. GSH-low animals had mean levels of GSH of 36.66 mg/100 ml, compared with normal (high) values in GSH-high animals of 66.69 mg/100 ml red cells. Hb types, A (7), AB (22) and B (46) were obtained by means of ıtarch gel electrophoresis. Red cell hemoglobin concentration (Av. 8.8 g/100 ml) was eıtimated by the Sahli method. Hematocrit values (Av. 31 %) were determined by microhematocrit technique.

Bu arattırma Rambouillet x Dağlıç melezi Ramlıç koyunlarda glutathione (GSH) düzeyleri, hemoglobin (Hb) tipleri, hemoglobin miktarı ve hematokrit değerleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada materyal olarak 75 baf koyun kullanıldı. Glutathione düzeyleri düşük (GSHh) ve yüksek (GSH8 ) sırasında 36.66 ve 66.69 mg/100 ml olarak bulundu. Koyunlarda Hb A (7), AB (22), B (46) tipleri elde edilmiş, ortalama Hb miktarı 8.8 g/100 ml, hematokrit değerler ise% 31 olarak bulunmuştur.
