Diallyl-Nor-Toksiferin' in anestezide kullanılışı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yeni bir kürar, diallyl- bis- nor- toksiferin diklorid kullanılmıştır ve diğer kürarlarla kıyaslanmıştır. Ameliyat süresince rahat bir çalışma olanağı sağlaması ve ameliyat bittikten sonra yeterli solunumun sağlanabilmesi bakımından diğer kürarlardan üstün olduğu belirtilmiştir.In this study diallyl- bis- nor toxiferin dichloride, a new muscle relaxant, has been used and it has been compared with other muscle relaxants. It has been found that this relaxant is superior to the other relaxants. This drug ensures an adequate relaxation during surgical procedure. It has not any ill effect upon cardio- vascular system. The respiration is quite adequate when the surgical procedure is over.
