Renal kontrbalans

Abstract

İki gruba ayrılan on köpekte renal ototransplantasyon uygulandı. İlk grupta iskemik hasar gören böbrekler normal eşleri ile yarışmaya sokuldu. İkinci grupta ise renal ototransplantasyon ve kontralateral nefrektomi yapıldı. Böbreklerin çalışması postoperatif intravenöz pyelografi yapılarak değerlendirildi. İlk grupta yeterli böbrek fonksiyonları görülmedi, ikinci gruptaki böbrekler iskemiye rağmen çalıştılar.

Renal autotransplantation was performed in ten dogs which were separated into two groups. In groups 1, ischemic damaged kidneys were compared with its normal mate. Renal autotransplantation and contralateral nephrectomy were performed in group 2. The kidney functions were evaluated by the intravenous pyelography done post operatively. There weren't sufficient kidney functions in group 1., and altlıough they were ischemic, the kidneys in group two worked well enough.
