Peter F. Drucker ve amaçlara göre yönetim

Abstract

Amaçlara göre yönetim teriminin yönetim literatürüne geçişi 1954 yıllarına rastlamaktadır. İlk olarak amaçlara göre yönetim Peter F. Drucker tarafından kullanılmış, sonraları değişik yazarlar bu kavramı geliştirmişlerdir. Bu kavramın temelinde, işin bütününün saptanan amaca yöneltilmesi yatmaktadır. Amaçlara göre yönetim, yönetim sürecini daha etkin bir hale getirmeğe çalışmaktadır. Kısaca amaçlara göre yönetimin, yönetim faaliyetlerinin etkinliğini arttırmada kullanılan bir kavram olduğunu söyleyebiliriz.The term of Management by objectives took place in the literature of management in 1954. It was used first by Peter F. Drucker, and numerous writers had developed this concept. Basically, this concept tells us to direct all our courage towards a determined objective. Management by objectives was used to make the management process more effective. This we can explain the term of management by objectives as a method which increases the efficiency of management activities.
