| dc.description.abstract | Soliter tiroid nodülleri kanser riski taşımayan nedeniyle önemlidir. Bu çalışma 1499 soliter tiroid nodüllü olgu üzerinde yapılmıştır. Hipoaktif nodüller tüm tiroid bölgelerinde normoaktif ve hiperaktif nodüllerden istatistiki açıdan anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu. Kadınlarda sağ lobda, sol lob ve istmusa göre daha fazla nodül görülürken, erkeklerde belirgin bir farklılık saptanmadı. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The solitary nodules of thyroid are important, because they are confused with thyroid carcinomas. We studied 1499 solitary thyroid nodules. Hypoactive nodules are significantly higher than normoactive and hyperactive nodules in all the regions of the thyroid. There is not any differentiation in the number of the same kind of the nodules in the men while right lobs have more nodules than left lobes and isthmus, in the women. | |
