Bu yazıda sitostatik ve radyoterapi ile iyileşmeyen bir perianal Bowen hastalığı olgusunun cerrahi tedavisi anlatılmış ve Bowen hastalığı hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
In this report the surgical treatment of the Bowen disease that does not respond to chemotherapy or radiotherapy is discussed and a briof review of the literature is given.
