Bir danada diffuz kistik kolloid guatr olgusu

Abstract

Mezbaha kesimleri sırasında bir danada postmortem yoklama sonucu larinks bölgesinde iki taraflı ve oldukça büyük tiroid bezi dikkati çekmiştir. Bezin histopatolojik incelemesinde diffuz kistik kolloid guatr olgusu tanımlandı.During routine postmortem inspection at slaughter, bilateral and diffusely enlarged thyroid gland were noted in the region of the larynx in a calf. Histopathologic examination of thyroid gland revealed that the cause of enlargement was the result of excessive amounts of colloid in the follicles that was diagnosed as diffuse cystic colloid goiter.
