dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de önemli bir yere sahip olan küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin (KOBİ) üretim yönetimi konusundaki sorunları incelendi. Ayrıca bu alanda küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelere sunulan destekler araştırıldı. Araştırmanın sonunda bütün sorunlar, çözüm önerileri ve destekler makale içerisinde bilgiye kolay ulaşımı sağlamak için tablo halinde sunuldu.
dc.description.abstract	In this study, has been examined production management problems of small and medium sized business’ that has a important position in Turkey. Besides supports that has been presented to small and medium sized businesses at this field have been researched. At the end of the research all of the problems, solution advices and supports have been presented as a table to reach the knowledge easily in the journal.
