Apendiks orijinli pseudomyxoma peritonei

Abstract

Altı yıldan beri bel ağrısı yakınmaları olan 80 yaşındaki bir hastaya abdominal ultrasonografi ve parasentez sonucu pseudomyxoma tanısı konmuş ve laparotomide de saptanan rüptüre apendiks mukoseli bu tanıyı doğrulamıştır. Hastaya parsiyel çekum rezeksiyonu ile birlikte total kistektomi ve apendektomi yapılmış ve boyun boşluğundaki mukusu boşaltmak suretiyle tedavi edilmiştir.An 80 year old patient with a pain at his back for 6 years, is diagnosed as pıeudomyxoma peritonei after findings at the ultrasonography and paracentesis. The ruptured appendix mucocele seen during the operations proved that the diagnosis was correct. Partial cecal resection together with total cystectomy and appendectomy in addition to mucus aspiration from the abdominal cavity. Completed the route of treatment.
