Myastenia gravis ve gebelik

Abstract

Myasthenia gravis, doğum kliniklerinde sık rastlanılan bir hastalık değildir. Gebelik, doğum ve lohusalık dönemlerinde hastalığın seyrinde değişiklikler görülebilir. Tedavide kullanılan ilaçlar fötüs ve yenidoğan üzerine zararlı etki göstermemektedir. Kliniğimizde izlediğimiz bir Myastenia Gravis ve Gebelik olgusu sunulmuş ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.Myasthenia Grauis is not a case that is often seen in obstetric clinics. The clinical course of the disease can be different in pregnancy, delivery and puerperium. Drugs used for the therapy do not have harmful effects on the fetus and the newbom. Here, we present a case of Myasthenia Grauis in Pregnancy, studied in our clinic, and the literature has been reviewed.
