| dc.description.abstract | Mikrodalga ışını ile doku kesitlerinin boyanması ya damlatma yöntemi ya da şale içinde yapılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada mast hücrelerinin boyanmasında kullanılan: Thionin, Toluidine blue ve Aldehit fuksin boyama yöntemlerinde mikrodalga ışınımı uygulandı. Kullanılan yöntemlerde mikrodalga ışınımı ile boyama süresi kısalmıştır. Bunun yanısıra konvensiyonel yöntemlerle karşılaştırıldığında boyama kalitelerinde farklılık görülmemiştir. | |
