Plastik enjeksiyon ve korrozyon yöntemi

Abstract

Anatomik araştırmalarda diseksiyon yöntemleri, damarların ve organ boşluklarının incelenmesinde bazen yeterli değildir. 1935 yılından beri plastik enjeksiyon ve korozyon kast yöntemleri araştırmalarda kullanılmaktadır. Jelatin, butyl butyrate ve polyester resin en uygun plastik maddelerdir. Bu makalede plastik enjeksiyon ve korozyon kast yöntemlerinin genel özellikleri gözden geçirildi.In anatomical studies, occasionally dissection methods are not sufficient in examining vessels and hollow viscera. Since 1935, plastic injection and corrosion cast methods have been used in research. Gelatine, butyl butyrate and polyester resin are the most convenient plastic materials. In this article, general features of the methods of plastic injection and corrosion cast have been reviewed.
