Saçaklızâde Mehmed Efendi’nin Beyzâvî’ye yönelik eleştirileri

Abstract

Osmanlı âlimlerinden Saçaklızâde Mehmed Efendi, genel olarak Osmanlı medreselerinde tefsir ders kitabı olarak okutulan Beyzâvî tefsîrinde ve yine ona ait olan Tavâli’ adlı eserde, felsefî bazı düşüncelerden etkilenmiş olan birtakım yorumların bulunduğunu kendince fark etmiş ve bunları Desîsâtü’l-Beyzâvî adlı risalede bir araya toplamıştır. Bu makalede, Beyzâvî tefsîrindeki bu görüşlere yönelik Saçaklızâde Mehmed Efendi’nin yaptığı eleştiriler dile getirilip, onun bu eleştirilerinde haklı olup olmadığı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.Sacaklizadah Mehmed Efendi, who is an Ottoman scholar, has on his opinion noticed that the Beidhavii’s Qur’ânic exegesis, that it is generally concidered as a lesson book in the Ottoman schools (madrasah), and his another book Tawaali’, includes some explanations that influenced from any philosophical ideas and he has collected these explanations in a pamphlet called Dasesat al-Beidhavii. In this article, it is tried to bring up the critiques of the Sacaklizadah Mehmed Efendi for consideration towards these explanations which exist in the Beidhavii’s Qur’ânic exegesis. And it is studied also in this article whether he is right in his critiques or not.
