İvermektin ve fenvaleratın halotan ve eterle oluşturulan genel anestezi üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ivermektin ve fenvalerat verilen farelerde halotan ve eterle anestezide uyku süresinin değişimi araştırıldı. Sağıtım dozunda (deri altı 0.2 mg/kg.) uygulanan ivermektinin, halotan ve eter anestezisinde uyku süresini önemli derecede uzattığı belirlendi. Subletal dozda (ağız yoluyla 50 mg/kg.) fenvalerat verilen farelerde ise halotan ve eterle anestezide uyku süresinin anlamlı bir şekilde değişmediği saptandı.

In this work the changes of sleeping time of halothane and ether anesthesia in mice which treated before with ivemıectin or fenvalerate were studied. Ivermectin at the therapeutic dose (0.2 nıg!kg. s.c.) prolonged the sleeping time strongly in the halothan and ether-generated anesthesia. Fenvalerate at a sublethal dose (50 mg/kg. p.o.) did not change the sleeping time significantly.
