İntraserebellar hematomlar

Abstract

Akut intraserebellar kanamalı, spontan solunumları olmayan ve beyin sapı kampresyonu bulguları gösteren iki olgu takdim edildi. Acil cerrahi müdahale ile hematomun boşaltılması sonrası minimal nörolojik defisitlerle iki olguda da iyileşme görüldü. Bu tip hematomların tedavileri ve cerrahi girişimin sonucu tartışıldı.

We are presenting two roses of acute intracerebellar heamatoma who had brain stem compression signs and had no spontaneous respiration when they were admitted. After prompt surgical removal of heamatoma both of them recovered with minimal neurological sequelae. We are discussing the treatment of this type of heamatomas and results of the surgical intervantion.
