Persistan perineal sinusun kapatılmasında gracilis kas flebi

Abstract

Rektum karsinomu nedeni ile abdominoperineal rezeksiyon uygulanan olgularda bazen geleneksel yöntemlerle iyileşmesi mümkün olmayan persistan perineal sinuslar gelişebilir. Bu yazıda gracilis kas flebi kullanılarak tedavi edilen böyle bir olgu sunulmuştur. Bu amaçla konu ve kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir.In some of the patients who undergo abdomino perineal resection for rectal carcinoma, persistant perineal sinuses, unhealed by conventional methods, may develop. In this paper such a case treated by gracilis muscle flap has been presented and the literature data concerning with the subject has been reviewed.
