1978-1980 yılları arasında eğitim enstitülerinin durumu ve hızlandırılmış programla öğretmen yetiştirme

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusu eğitim enstitülerinin 1978-1980 yılları arasındaki durumu ve bu dönemde uygulanan hızlandırılmış öğretim programıdır. Araştırma sürecinde elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle eğitim enstitülerinin ve hızlandırılmış öğretim programının dönemin siyasi-içtimai gerçekliğinden bağımsız ele alınamayacağı düşünülmüş ve Türkiye’nin II. Dünya Savaşı’ndan 1980 yılına kadar geçirdiği süreçlere de değinilerek konu tarihsel bir zeminde incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ilgili literatüre ek olarak Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi tutanak arşivi, Tebliğler Dergisi, Resmî Gazete, Özel Gazeteler (Milliyet, Tercüman, Hergün), Başbakanlık Devlet İstatistik Enstitüsü verileri ve Milli Eğitim Şurası tutanakları incelenmiştir. Doküman analizinin yanında nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan görüşme tekniği kullanılarak bulgular desteklenmeye çalışılmıştır.The subject of this study is the status of education institutes between 1978 and 1980 and the accelerated teaching program implemented during this period. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that education institutes and the accelerated teaching program cannot be examined independently of the socio-political realities of the period. Therefore, the subject was analyzed within a historical context, touching upon the processes Turkey underwent from World War II to 1980. In this study, in addition to the relevant literature, the Turkish Grand National Assembly's parliamentary records, the Tebliğler Dergisi, the Resmi Gazete, private newspapers (Milliyet, Tercüman, Hergün), data from the Prime Ministry State Institute of Statistics, and the National Education Council's minutes were examined. In addition to document analysis, findings were supported by using the interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods.
