| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada 32 sıçanda hipofizektomi deney modeli oluşturmak amacı ile parafarengeal yöntem ve mikroşirürjikal teknik kullamlarak hipojizektonıi yapıldı. Yaşatılan sıçanlarda endokrin değişiklikler, farmakolojik ve histopatolojik olarak incelendi. Histopatolojik değişikliklerin literatür ile uyum gösterdiği, kandaki hormon seviyesinde görülen değişikliklerin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu görüldü. | |
