dc.description.abstractKan basıncı normal olan hastalar yan pozisyona çevirirlerse değişik nedenlere bağlı olarak kan basıncı düşebilir. Bu yazı da çok seyrek görülen iki olgu sunulmuş, ameliyat pozisyonuna ve anesteziye bağlı olarak görülebilecek hipotansiyon konulan tartışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this article two unusual cases in whom hypotension developed due to lateral positioning were introduced and the cause of hypotension due to anesthesia and the positioning of the patient for surgery were discussed.
