Femoral ven stenozu: Hemodiyaliz için yapılan femoral ven kateterizasyonunun yeni bir komplikasyonu

Abstract

Hemodiyaliz için uygulanan Femoral ven kateterizasyonunun komplikasyonu olarak gelişebilen Femoral ven stenozunun yaş, cins ve femoral ven kateterizasyonu sayısı ile ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Kronik hemodiyaliz programında olan ve femoral ven kateterizasyonu uygulanan 27 olguda venografi ile femoral venler incelenmiştir. Venografi ile incelenen vakaların % 22'sinde veno stenozu saptanmış ve femoral ven stenozunu femoral ven kateterizasyon sayısı ile ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür.We, in our study, investigated the relationship between femoral vein stenosis, which we reported in 1987 as a complication of femoral vein catheterization during hemodialysis applications, and age, sex and puncture number. In 27 cases, who were on chronic hemodialysis program, femoral vein was examined with venography. Venostenosis was observed in 22 % cases examined with venography and the relationslıip of venostenosis with puncture number only was shown.
