| dc.description.abstract | 1977-1979 yılları arasında kliniğimizde duodenal ülser tanısı ile operasyona alınan 17 hastadan 9'una proksimal gastrik vagotomi (PGV), 8'ine PGV'ye ek olarak piloroplasti yapılmıştır. Yazımızda nüks ülser, pilor stenozu, kanama nedeni ile reoperasyona alınan 5 olgu incelenmiş ve literatür verileri ile tartışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | 17 cases of duodenal ulcer were operated in the years 1977-1979 to whom proximal gastric vagotomy (PGV) had been done to nine and PGV + pyloroplasty to the other eight. In this paper, 5 cases who were operated for recurrent ulcer, pyloric stenosis and bleeding are reviewed and discussed with the findings in the literature. | |
