Güzel sanatlar lisesinde çalgı eğitimi alan kaynaştırma öğrencilerine ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri (Bursa ili örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Bursa Zeki Müren Güzel Sanatlar Lisesinde kaynaştırma öğrencilerine çalgı eğitimi veren öğretmenlerinin karşılaştıkları zorlukları incelemek, öğretmenlerin yaşadığı sorunları tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri sunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma nitel bir araştırma olup, verilerin toplanmasında nitel çalışmalarda en çok kullanılan yöntemlerden görüşme tekniği türlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularını elde edebilmek amacı ile araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanmış 10 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmış ve katılımcıların bu soruları yanıtlaması istenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin lisans eğitimleri süresince özel eğitim dersi almadıkları, kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik ayrı bir öğretim programına ihtiyaç duyulduğu, okullarda özel eğitim mezunu öğretmenlerin olması gerektiği ve kaynaştırma öğrencilerinin tanılarının daha ayrıntılı bir şekilde koyularak rapor şeklinde öğretmene sunulması gerektiği, çalgı eğitiminde izlenecek yöntemlerin uzman hocalar tarafından geliştirilmesi böylece kaynaştırma öğrencilerinin eğitim faaliyetlerine yönelik çalışmaların daha verimli bir şekilde yürütülebileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This research was carried out in order to examine the difficulties faced by the teachers who give instrument training to the mainstreaming students at Bursa Zeki Müren Fine Arts High School, to identify the problems experienced by the teachers and to offer solutions. This research is a qualitative research and semi-structured interview technique, which is one of the most used methods in qualitative studies, was used to collect data. In order to obtain the research data, a semistructured interview form consisting of 10 questions was prepared by the researchers and the participants were asked to answer these questions. As a result of the research, it was concluded that most of the teachers did not have special education for mainstreaming students during their undergraduate education, there should be specialist teachers who graduated from special education in schools. It has been concluded that the diagnosis of Mainstreaming students should be put in more detail and presented to the teacher in the form of a report, the methods for instrument training could be developed by expert teachers so that studies on the educational activities of mainstreaming students can be carried out more efficiently.
