| dc.description.abstract | Bir Foumier gangreni olgusu sunulmuştur. Bu skrotal gangren olgusu acil servisde görüldüğünde semikoma halinde ve kritik bir durumda idi. Acil ameliyattan üç gün sonra hasta, düzeltilemeyen ağır sepsis nedeniyle kaybedilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | A case of Fournier's gangrene has been presented. This case of scrotal gangrene was seen in emergency service in semi comatose critical condition. The patient died on the third day of the emergency operation due to overwhelming sepsis. | |
