Papilla vateri kanseri whipple ameliyatı ve olgunun analizi

Abstract

Papilla vateri kanseri giderek artma eğilimi gösteren pankreatikoduodenal bölge maligniteleri içinde % 10 dolayında yer alır. Erken bulgu vermesi ve tedavi sonuçları bakımından pankreas kanserine göre daha iyidir. Tedavide Whipple ameliyatı tek seçenek durumundadır. Yazıda üç olgumuzun analizi yapılarak literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.The incidence of this disease with choledocoduodenal junction tumors is increasing. Because of the earlier symptoms, better answers to the surgery and better prognosis differs from cancer of the pancreas. The Whipple operation is the best choice of the surgery. In this article our three cases are analysed and the literature is reviewed.
