TÜBİTAK 4006 bilim fuarları destekleme programı kapsamında öğretmenlerin proje ve proje danışmanlık süreçlerine ilişkin görüşlerinin sosyal medya üzerinden incelenmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı TÜBİTAK 4006 Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı kapsamında öğretmenlerin proje ve proje danışmanlık süreçlerine ilişkin yaşadıkları sorunları sosyal medya üzerinden belirlemektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Eylül 2018 ile Şubat 2021 tarihleri arasında 4006 TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Facebook grubuna gönderilen ve amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiş 1135 gönderi ve bu gönderilere yapılan 11.993 öğretmen yorumu oluşturmaktadır. Veriler MAXQDA PRO 2020-2022 programı kullanılarak içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuç olarak TÜBİTAK 4006 Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı süreci içerisinde öğretmenlerin; proje önerisi yazımı, proje konusu bulma, projenin türünü ve temasını belirleme, projeye danışmanlık yapmak için açılan egzersizler, verilen hibeyi proje alışverişi için yettirmeye çalışma, proje sunum panolarının hazırlanması ve fuar sonuç raporunun yazımı konularında sorun yaşadıkları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra öğretmenler bu süreçte, sistemsel sorunlar yaşadıklarını ve idare baskısıyla proje ve danışmanlık yapmak zorunda kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir.

The aim of the research is to determine the problems experienced by teachers regarding project and project consultancy processes through social media within the scope of TÜBİTAK 4006 Science Fairs Support Program. In the research, document analysis method was used one of the qualitative research methods. The sample of the researh, consists of 1135 posts sent to the 4006 TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Facebook group between September 2018 and February 2021 and selected by the purposeful sampling method and 11,993 teacher comments made to these posts. The datas were subjected to content analysis using MAXQDA PRO 2020-2022 program. As a result, within the process of TÜBİTAK 4006 Science Fairs Support Program, teachers; It was concluded that they had problems in writing a project proposal, finding a project topic, determining the type and theme of the project, the exercises opened to advise the project, trying to meet the grant for project exchange, preparing the project presentation boards and writing the fair result report. In addition, the teachers stated that they had systemic problems during this process and that they had to do projects and consultancy under the pressure of the administration.
