dc.description.abstract	56 yaşında, 5 yıldır zaman zaman senkop, başdönmesi, halsizlik şikayetleri ile tedavi gören, klinigimize başvurduğunda Il. 0 A-V Blok (Mobitz Tip ll) tanısı alarak kalıcı Leptos M(VVI) Pacemaker konulan Aterosklerotik bir olgu sunulmuştur. Literatür ışığında kalıcı pacemaker endikasyonları gözden geçirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstract	56 years old female patient who had syncope, dizziness and fatigue in her recent history was admitted to our Department of Cardiology. She was treated with various nonspecific drugs prior to admission. Upon her admission, she was diagnosed as having 2nd degree AV Block (Mobitz type Il) and a permanent pacemaker (Leptosm VVl) was applied. In this Article the indications of a permanent pacemaker is discussed.
